The project Ya.Support was implemented.
The project, with the financial support of the Future in Unity Charitable Foundation and the YavKursi educational company, provided free preparation for the EIT as the most important exam in the lives of many high school students for admission to Ukrainian universities. We gladly supported the initiative of the Charitable Foundation to provide talented young people from the temporarily uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and internally displaced persons from these territories with grants for quality education in Ukrainian educational institutions.
In total, as of April 1, 2020, the Future in Unity Charitable Foundation paid for preparatory courses for 60 high school students from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and from among internally displaced persons, allocating UAH 392,041.
International Institute of Innovation and YavKursi allocated the same amount to provide training for high school students in Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the period from April 1 to June 1, 2020.
Maria Makodzeba was the Project Coordinator from the International Institute of Innovation. Serhiy Pogrebny was responsible for the project on behalf of the Future in Unity Charitable Foundation.

The project "Trial EIT Online" was implemented.
A full range of project works has been carried out, starting from the study of the possibilities of conducting a Trial EIT in an online format to the full implementation of the process with the involvement of the media and the public to inform about each stage of the project.
As a result, a free Trial EEIT Online was conducted for high school students of Ukraine, in which 463,828 participants passed 1,077,911 tests. The project has received very positive feedback from teachers, parents, and high school students themselves. And it raised Ukraine on the same level as the most developed countries in the world, where modern technologies and non-governmental organizations provide future students with maximum opportunities regardless of family wealth.
In terms of the number of participants, this is the largest EdTech project in the world, which is recorded as an appropriate world record. The project received media support (28 publications) and was approved by Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation.
Oleg Golubenko, a public figure and international expert, became the project ambassador.
It should be noted that the project was implemented exclusively on a voluntary basis and received widespread public support due to many factors: the COVID-19 pandemic, the state monopoly in the field of educational measurement and quality control, numerous corruption scandals related to external independent evaluation and Ukrainian education quality assessment center.
May 2020 — May 2021

The purpose of the project was to develop a methodology for implementing electronic document management system, adapted to the realities of Ukrainian business and the legislation. An additional requirement was the use of an alternative method of signing documents without the use of a qualified electronic digital signature (EDS).

As a result, the appropriate airSlate solution was chosen. The revision and adaptation of the full cycle of interaction with customers and contractors related to document management was carried out with the full support of the developers. A full cycle of working with documents was fulfilled using the software product signNow of airSlate. It included all activities from signing a non-disclosure agreement and a contract for the provision of services to invoicing and approval of all necessary financial documents in the process of interaction with customers, hiring employees and supporting the company . The methodology of implementation of electronic document management system for 24 hours on the basis of software solutions airSlate and with observance of all norms of the current legislation of Ukraine is created.

September 2020 — May 2021
The project Ya.Healthy was implemented.
The purpose of the project was to develop the methodology of medical insurance of employees and students of an educational institution. The urgency of the project is due to the increased danger to the health of education workers, students and their families caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the complete lack of an established health insurance system in Ukraine for these categories of the population.
In September 2020, at the beginning of the school year, a tender was held among insurance companies to develop a special program of health insurance for students and employees of educational institutions. The best and most effective system was offered by the insurance company Persha. A health insurance program unique to Ukraine was created and tested.
The program insured all employees of the educational company YavKursi and the International Institute of Innovation, who have to communicate in person with students and parents. All interested students were also insured against COVID-19 and accidents. This is especially important given the promotion of health insurance in Ukraine.
Inna Volodina was the Program Coordinator from the International Institute of Innovation. Olga Bondarchuk, General Director Advisor of Persha Insurance Company is directly responsible for the development and implementation of the program on behalf of Persha Insurance Company.
